In addition to everything in Sweet Words and Sharp Words, Sly Suggestions gives access to works in progress including chapters that are still be written and fleshed out. These are “lightly edited” as it were, but it also gives subscribers a chance to made suggestions. Maybe you want to expand a scene? Maybe you think it should go softer or harder, sweeter or more violent? Or add in something special that turns you on for that situation?

This chapter also gives multiple votes to choose an upcoming story or novel on the forum. Some of these votes also include additional polls for how the story ends or little tweaks along the way.

Plus, it encourages me to write.

Getting Access

  • You need to subscribe to either Patreon or Subscribe Star at the “Sly Suggestions” tier.
  • Create an account on https://patrons.curiouscabbit.com
    • There is no password recovery or anything yet, so make sure you remember the password
  • Go to https://patrons.curiouscabbit.com/groups/group_01kmc7hmmqe598e82f3jt8kzts
    • On the bottom, you'll see a link called “Connect via Patreon” or “Connect via Subscribe Star”, click on the appropriate one
  • You will be redirect to the patronage site and ask for authorization
    • It should only ask for user profile information, not a big scary list
  • Authorize it
  • You'll get redirected to https://patrons.curiouscabbit.com/account/subscribe-star with a green success message
  • Go up a level to “Accounts”
  • Check the “Change Group Password” checkbox
  • Enter a different password into the “Group Password” text box
    • This is important because your “Account Password” is what you use to log into https://patrons.curiouscabbi.com and the “Group Password” is the password you'll use when you log into this site
    • Account passwords are hashed, which means I can never read them
    • Group passwords are encrypted, which means I can read them
  • Click “Submit”
  • You should get a green success message
  • Wait until the next hour (07:00, 08:00, 09:00, etc)
  • Go to this site and navigate to any story
  • A popup asking for user name and password will show up
  • Enter your account name when you registered the site
  • Enter your group password
  • Click okay
  • And, if everything works, you'll be reading the chapter or story

The group password is going to be your “forever” password. No more getting new passwords at the end of the month, no expiration. This is yours and only yours.
